Thrilldesk is a specialist studio founded by Naveen Meena. We do one thing: AI agents that win bookings for activity and adventure venues.
Naveen also built and runs founders.page, a profile platform for founders and businesses. We take on a few venues at a time so each one gets tuned properly, and you deal with the person who built your agent.
Questions owners ask.
Will it make things up or promise something we don't offer?
It answers only from the information you approve: prices, packages, policies, hours. When a question falls outside that, it says so and passes it to your team.
Do we have to change our booking software?
No. It sends people to the booking system you already use, whether that's FareHarbor, Peek, Roller, Xola or something else, so nothing changes for your staff.
Do you work with venues outside the US?
Yes. We set up venues in the USA, Canada, New Zealand and the UAE, with local currency, time zone and the languages your guests use. Calls happen over video at a time that suits you.
What does it cost?
Most venues start with one agent for one fixed setup price, agreed after the free check once we both know what it's worth to you. Running costs for texts and AI usage are small and quoted up front. No long contract.
We're seasonal. Does this still make sense?
